Canada Life’s new My Canada Life at WorkTM mobile app now includes the Public Service Dental Care Plan (PSDCP)! Now you can access all PSDCP information and resources in the palm of your hand.

With the app you can: 

  • Submit claims on-the-go to get reimbursements quickly
  • Review your coverage
  • Save your PSDCP benefit cards directly to your phone 
  • And more!

The mobile app will be presented in the language you have set on your mobile device, which may be different than the language preference you indicated in your positive enrolment with Canada Life. Be sure to set your mobile device to your preferred language. 

How to get started:

  1. If you haven't already done so, register for a PSDCP Member Services account through My Canada Life at Work.
  2. Download the My Canada Life at Work app from your app store.
  3. Use the same login credentials as your PSDCP Member Services account to sign into the app. It is important to turn on automatic updates to ensure updates are completed immediately on your device. 

Please note, if you require teletypewriter (TTY), ensure the setting on your mobile device for this option is turned on.

Are you a member of the Public Service Health Care Plan and already have the My Canada Life at Work mobile app?

 If you are an employee and a member of the Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP), continue using the My Canada Life at Work mobile app that you already have. Your app will automatically update to include both your health care and dental care plan if your device is set up for automatic updates. If your device is not set up for automatic updates, you will need to manually update the app from the App Store or Google Play.

Once the app has updated, and you sign in, you will be asked to select either the health care or dental care plan, and you can switch between the two plans easily.

Note: If you use biometrics (face recognition or touch or fingerprint ID) to sign in, you will need to use the Switch Plan function under the profile section of the app.
